View FAQs
1. Can I leave the heating pad on while I sleep?
For safety and effectiveness, we recommend using the timer settings (30-120 minutes) rather than leaving the pad on overnight. The auto-shutoff feature ensures it turns off automatically after your selected time.
2. Is the jade stone side safe for pets?
Yes, many customers use this for their pets as a cozy warming mat. The natural jade stones retain heat well and provide a comfortable surface for them to relax on.
3. How do I wash the heating pad?
The pad is machine washable. Simply remove the controller, place the pad inside a laundry bag, and wash on a gentle cycle. Always ensure the unit is completely dry before reconnecting the power.
