View FAQs
1. Can I use the primer and mascara separately?
While you can use them individually, they are specifically formulated to work together. Using the primer first creates a smooth base that boosts volume and helps the mascara adhere for a longer-lasting effect.
2. Is this set suitable for sensitive eyes?
The formula is designed to be natural and gentle, but we always recommend doing a small patch test if you have highly sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions to cosmetics.
3. How do I remove the mascara?
Because this set is water-resistant, we recommend using an oil-based makeup remover or a dedicated micellar water to gently dissolve the formula without tugging on your lashes.
4. How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Faunley offers 100% FREE tracked worldwide delivery on every order. We prepare and ship your package within 1 to 3 business days. Typical transit time is 4 to 11 days for customers in the US and UK, while other countries may take slightly longer. If any package gets delayed or lost in transit, we will promptly send a replacement at no extra cost. You can easily follow your shipment live on our website anytime.
